Supervisor Manufacturing Engineer global technical Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Define and develop new standards in the areas of technical infrastructure and decarbonization.
- Develop, update, and maintain the technical standards documentation "KA GTS TI (Technical Infrastructure)" and manage workflows and blank forms within your areas of responsibility.
- Take responsibility for the procurement of technical infrastructure equipment, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and cost targets.
- Introduce and consider all KA decarbonization objectives in the responsible departments, actively contributing to a sustainable future.
- Develop a technical network across all KA plants worldwide.
- Lead technical trainings to enhance the knowledge and skills of our teams.
- Technically support all local ME centers in the specified areas and support customer teams during the KA RFQ phase.
- Contribute to defining the investment scopes in the areas of Technical Infrastructure & Decarbonization.
- Prepare regular, meaningful reports to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of relevant professional experience to the table.
- You possess strong technical knowledge and experience in supply engineering, decarbonization, and green energy sources.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You are proficient in common Microsoft Office products.
- You have extensive experience in the industrialization of automotive projects.
- You are familiar with industrial controls and data management.
- You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- You are open to business travel.
