Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. is one of the leading Power Cable Manufacturers globally.Project Scheduler (m/w/d)Place of Work Düsseldorf, GermanyJob Duties and Responsibilities The position will be mainly in charge of the following duties: Communication and negotiation with clients and subcontractors about planning and scheduling Organization of workflow and the development of time schedules via MS Project to ensure the timely completion of the project Collecting of necessary information for planning and scheduling including customer and subcontractor information Preparation and maintenance of project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis Monitoring of the project progress, including making necessary adjustments to schedules if necessary Providing regular reports on the project progress to the Project Managers / Installation Managers to meet scheduling targets Contribution to the team effort as a whole Skills, Qualifications and Experience Essential Fluent in written and spoken English and German Software skill - MS Office and MS Project Experience in Project Scheduling: Strong ability to communicate with various team members such as project managers, site superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and procurement managers to ensure that accurate data is being entered into the project schedule.
