For our Production Site in Hilden we are currently looking for aSite Manager (m/f/d) AkzoNobel is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Site Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Hilden, Germany. In this critical role, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site, delivering products at the agreed quality, service and cost levels, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.Your Responsibilities Plans, leads, organizes and controls the delivery of the site’s contribution to business objectives and overall performance and provides insights regarding developments based on analysis Establishes, achieves, enforces and continuously improves the performance levels for the site Implements and operates the common HSE platform and identifies and respond effectively to hazards in HSE and security Coaches, mentors and develops the site management team members to build a strong and collaborative team in a supportive work environment Establishes a culture of functional and operational excellence, continuous improvement and accountability, professionalism and commitment to company values and behaviours Networks with other site managers/ stakeholders inside and outside of AkzoNobel to develop and share knowledge, experience, leverage best practice and exchange of / and building talents Point of contact for internal and external audits Your Qualifications University degree in engineering or equivalent Proven track record of success in managing production operations Excellent communication skills in both German and English A proven ability to lead, motivate and deliver results in a manufacturing environment Experience managing relationships with labour unions Your Benfits Attractive remuneration Above-average pension scheme 30 days holiday + 5 additional days holiday External employee counselling on personal and professional issues Employee car park Canteen on the factory premises Company car for private use (1% rule) We are looking forward to receiving your application including your salary expectations and your earliest availability date via this link on our career page. Our Akzo Nobel GmbH in Cologne is looking for the next possible starting date for aTax Manager DACH (m/f/d)Your Responsibilities Taking responsibility for country tax position of the AkzoNobel legal entities in DACH and ensuring that tax filings are compliant with the law Staying up to date on tax regulations and providing tax advice to local stakeholders Developing efficient solutions and tax strategies for DACH region Responsibility to optimize and improve tax processes Reviewing IFRS tax reporting in close cooperation with accounting team (local and regional); including providing guidance & training.
