(Senior) Operations Controller (m/w/d)
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor production performances, capacity utilization and inventory levels.
- Coordinate material availability with Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
- Analyze production data, KPIs and bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions.
- Ensure optimal ulilization of personnel, machines and production resources.
- Support cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, Engineering and Sales.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Monitore adherence to production targets, quality standards and delivery commitments.
- Support S&OP and capacity planning processes.
- Identify risks impacting production schedules and develop mitigation plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operatopns Management or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
- Branch Experience in Automotive.
- Knowledge of production planning methods, capacity planning, MRP and inventory management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufactoring environment.
- Good understanding of Lean Manufactoring and Continous Improvement methodologies.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
