Responsibilities
Exciting opportunities await you – ELANTAS is launching a dedicated initiative to build a modern, scalable reporting platform based on SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). You will design, implement and operate this environment in close collaboration with your colleagues, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a key role for both technical delivery and service development with a broad scope of action ranging from platform development and architecture to data integration and governance, service build-up and operation, and stakeholder engagement. In detail:
- Design and fit the SAP BW/4HANA data warehouse architecture into the overall framework, including defining and maintaining data models, KPIs, and reporting standards and developing SAC dashboards and reports tailored to business needs
- Integrate data from SAP S/4HANA and other systems into BW/4HANA, establishing data governance, quality assurance, and harmonization processes as well as ensuring secure and compliant data access
- Specify the operating model for the reporting platform (roles, processes, service definitions) in collaboration with a small internal team to support platform operations and secure platform scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Cooperate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, contribute to workshops, training sessions, and enablement activities, and align the reporting strategy with business and IT goals
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership abilities
- Familiarity with Databricks and SAC planning and predictive features advantegeous
